SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other functions may be assigned

  • Acts as liaison between sales team and fulfillment/operations team to make sure projects are transitioned on time.
  • Acts as liaison between office and factory to make sure orders are delivered on time.
  • Responsible for entering purchase orders and aids in receipt of purchase orders.
  • Process service claims short shipped claims
  • Communicates effectively with other team members concerning project management process.
  • Assists with communication to customers regarding project status.
  • Responsible for general administrative functions to support the service fulfillment process.
  • Records relevant correspondence and issues, relevant meetings minutes and other conversations.
  • Coordinates with various staff for accurate and timely recording of project costs.
  • Followup with sales team to obtain missing customer purchase order
  • Responsible for generating, interpret, and print various assigned reports.
  • Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Fouryear certificate from college or technical school; or five (5) plus years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products. Familiarity with the operation of Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls preferred.

This position works in a typical office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs. Salary range $88,000 to $109,000, dependent on experience and location.
