Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Member Services Representative.

As a Member Services Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our club members and assisting them with their hospitality needs.

Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service to members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Process member requests accurately and efficiently
• Assist members with account inquiries, balance inquiries, and account maintenance
• Educate members on our products and services, events, benefits
• Actively promote and upsell additional products and services to meet member needs
• Handle member complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner

Skills:

• Excellent relationship management skills
• Familiarity membership, country clubs and hospitality overall

Pay:
$40, $65,000.00 per year
