Your responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Facility Services Employee (m/f/d) for our location in Berlin, Pikeville, KY, initially on a 2-year contract.


  • Handling of service requests and writing and tracking work orders through the Jira ticket system
  • Creation of evaluations in the ticket system, vacation and shift schedules, and daily reports
  • Inventory management and reordering of office and small materials, as well as management of meeting rooms
  • Maintenance of external archives (storage and retrieval of objects and data management)
  • Supervision of service providers, including the cafeteria, hot and cold drinks
  • Support in projects for continuous improvement in the field of facility management
Your profile

  • Completed commercial education and ideally some relevant work experience
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Independent, customeroriented, and solutionoriented work style, as well as communication and teamwork skills
