We're looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities.

To qualify you need:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
At least six months of experience in distribution or manufacturing required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.
Ability to work in a team environment
Forklift certification preferred (will train if needed)

Job duties:

Receives and records new inventory as it is delivered; inspects and stores it according to policy.
Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.
Ensures that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse.
Transfers inventory to trucks for delivery in a timely manner and according to schedule.
Receives goods and verifies the quality and count of all items unloaded; checks against suppliers' count and immediately reports discrepancies to carriers, supervisor, per company policy.
Stages, verifies and records all items loaded for shipments.
Maintains database of shipment data to ensure that customer orders are updated and that appropriate billing documents are provided to accounting or other associated departments as required.
Ensure warehouse is maintained, organized, and clean.
Resolves routine equipment issues.
Matches packing slips with purchase orders.
