Description

Support Quality Compliance Manager to assure all aspects of company compliance to Global Food Safety Initiative schemes, AIB, Regulatory, and other audits related programs and policies regarding Food Safety, Legality, Quality, and Authenticity.

Assists Quality Compliance Manager to implement, monitor, maintain, and improve GFP, GBC, and Gabby's Quality Compliance Programs. This includes but is not limited to all prerequisite programs required for compliance to cGMP/GFSI/BRC/AIB/FSMA, and Company policies. Support the ongoing standardization of corporate policies and Continual Improvement. Serve as the on-site Assistant Quality Compliance Manager, promoting a robust "Food Safety and Food Quality Culture" initiative.

Support the Quality Compliance Manager in Leading, Training, and Managing Quality Auditing activities; ensuring specifications and goals are met at all Gonnella facilities with supervision from the Quality Compliance Manager (QCM) and indirectly, the Vice President Corporate Compliance

Food Safety (VPCCFS).

Assist to establish, implement, and maintain compliance to all elements directed by the Gonnella Quality Management Systems (GQMS) and Best Practices.

Through internal audits, prepare management teams at all Gonnella Plants to ensure through internal audits, that programs, procedures, and documents related to regulatory inspections and audits are up to date and audit ready.

Assure Compliance with various Government regulations regarding labeling, safety, quality, legality, and authenticity of products required of food manufacturers including HACCP and cGMPs.

Provide leadership to the Internal Audit Teams at each plant. Assist in the training of internal audit teams to satisfy the GQMS, audits or cGMP's inspections. Monitor, score, and report compliance results attained during all audits to QCM.

Assist in maintaining all third party and regulatory requirements including Management Commitment, HACCP, Food Safety and GQMS, Site Standards, Product Control, Process Control and Personnel.

Assist the VPCCFS and QCM with Quality Assurance issues and initiatives including Mock Recalls, maintaining customer goals as directed and other related compliance duties.

Assist with the educating and training at all levels of the organization to promote GQMS Compliance, and to promote our Food Safety/Food Quality Culture.

Support Continuous Improvement efforts by driving projects that will improve the effectiveness of the Quality Assurance Systems and Functions.

Pay:
$65, $85,000.00 per year
