Job Summary:
We are in search of a skilled and seasoned Human Resources Specialist to join our crew.
As a Human Resources Specialist, you will have a vital role in overseeing all HR aspects within our organization.
This involves executing HR strategies, offering advice to staff, and ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage the recruitment and selection procedure, including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers
- Carry out new employee orientations and ensure a seamless onboarding process
- Manage employee benefits programs, such as enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Coordinate performance management processes, which include goal setting, performance assessments, and development plans
- Help in creating and executing training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge
- Provide guidance to supervisors on employee relations matters, such as disciplinary measures and conflict resolution
- Maintain precise employee records in the HRIS system
- Assist with data gathering and analysis for HR metrics and reporting purposes
- Keep informed on HR trends and top practices to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Process payroll through ADP for all staff
- Handle day-to-day operational office management tasks, like ordering supplies and purchasing necessary office items
Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, laws, and regulations
- Familiarity with succession planning and talent management strategies
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce) for data management and reporting
- Strategic planning abilities to align HR initiatives with company objectives
- Excellent communication skills for employee orientation and training development
- Understanding of benefits administration processes (e.g., Paychex)
- Strong analytical skills for data collection and reporting purposes
- Must be proficient in the English language
