We are seeking a Director of Provider & Data Services to be a part of our growing team responsible for serving physicians and healthcare providers during the job search process.
This position reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, oversees the Provider and Data Services teams, and interacts regularly with marketing, content/media, creative, and sales teams.
This candidate would lead and direct the Provider & Data Services teams to procure, enhance, maintain, and update provider candidate data in order to grow and stabilize databases through registrations and interviews.
The ideal candidate will provide oversight and reporting on individual and collective production results with analysis and insights on trends and performance indicators to inform strategy and campaign performance.
Four-year degree in sales, marketing, or related field; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.

Supervisory experience, included, but not limited to, interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
