- Provide leadership and a supportive presence to our providers, clinic staff, and patients
- Complete clinic operational audits, insurance billing, and patient care coordination tasks
- Assist with clinic billing, audits, and addressing patient relations
- Set an example for the team, providing mentorship and implementing training as needed
- Assist with projects, administrative tasks, and any other clinic task as assigned to support the teamQualifications
- Must have experience as a clinic manager or supervisor
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently to complete and execute tasks, and ability to work with others as a team as well as able to learn quickly from oral and written instructions
- Strong customer service skills, verbal communication, and professionalism
- Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Teams)
