Duties:

• Conduct lead based in person sales to promote and sell energy products
• Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar, green and commercial energy and answer any questions they may have
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for reaching target markets
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process

Skills:

• Proven experience in solar sales or outside sales is preferred
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently
• Comfortable with doortodoor sales and building relationships with potential customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
