Our law firm is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and committed Permanent Associate Attorney specializing in Insurance Defense.
As a key member of our legal team, you will be at the forefront of managing and driving complex insurance defense cases.
This role requires a deep understanding of insurance coverage litigation, automobile negligence, premise liability, and insurance defense. Handle a wide variety of insurance defense cases independently, from initial client meeting to case resolution.Conduct extensive and detailed legal research to identify the best defense strategies.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, reports, and other legal documents.
Provide legal advice to clients regarding insurance matters, including coverage disputes and negligence claims.
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles to stay abreast of current trends in insurance defense.
Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed of case progress and legal developments.
degree from an accredited law school.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, including experience with insurance coverage litigation, automobile negligence, and premise liability.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients and other stakeholders.
Proficiency in using legal research software and other relevant computer applications.
