Administrative Assistant - Attleboro, United States - Sturdy Memorial Hospital
Description
Within a high volume setting, provides support functions to the clinical and administrative staff; ensures attention to detail and aids in the completion of patient charging, abstracting, and insurance referrals.
Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:
- One to three years previous experience as a Admirative Assistant in a physicians practice or Clinic environment
- Command of verbal and written English; positive interpersonal communication skills and good organizational skills.
- Understanding of referral process.
- Knowledge of physician appointments and schedule management.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Computer skills
Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
License/Certification:
