This position requires training in our Gold Canyon office for 4-6 weeks. Must be able to travel between the Mesa and Gold Canyon office when staffing is needed. Gold Canyon office has 2 MA openings also. New Grads welcome'''Responsibilities'''
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a healthcare provider.
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures.
- Perform medical administrative tasks such as patient scheduling, medical record documentation, and insurance verification.
- Administer medications following prescribed orders and guidelines.
- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
- Perform all Basic Medical assistant duties.
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or relevant certification.
- Proficiency in patient care techniques and medical administrative support.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Ability to administer medications following established protocols.
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent patient service.
- Must be detailoriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
Pay:
$ $19.10 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
