    Description

    We're Hiring a Customer Service Coordinator!

    Company Overview: Join our team at the Company, where we strive to provide exceptional project administrative support services to meet our business and construction goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Set office hours from 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday
    • Handle incoming phone calls
    • Support customers with inquiries and direct them to appropriate colleagues when needed
    • Schedule service requests
    • Generate work orders for service requests and assign them to technicians
    • Match incoming work orders from technicians
    • Enter daily job details and related information accurately
    • Coordinate with technicians for new jobs and their dispatch
    • Prepare monthly Preventative Maintenance (PM) paperwork
    • Issue purchase orders upon request
    • Utilize imaging software for tasks
    • Assist in billing processes for completed work orders
    • Handle credit card payments when required
    • Organize and distribute monthly billing statements
    • Archive work orders and relevant documents through scanning and indexing
    • Manage messages from the company's answering service accordingly
    • Help in contacting customers with overdue accounts
    • Perform any other assigned duties

    Requirements:

    • Preferably 1-2 years of relevant work experience
    • Demonstrate exceptional time-management, planning, and administrative skills
    • Proficient in computer operations, Microsoft Office suite, scanning, and data entry
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional telephone etiquette
