Our renowned client in Immenstadt is currently seeking a full-time Product Developer (m/f/d) to join their team at Centerville.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the entire development process
  • Conducting experiments in the laboratory and on coating systems
  • Developing new adhesive tape solutions in close coordination with customers
  • Optimizing existing formulations and processes for profitability
  • Working closely with sales as part of project management
  • Assisting with complaint processing and technical customer inquiries
  • Coordinating with suppliers and qualifying new raw materials

Your qualifications:

  • Completed degree in chemistry or equivalent education
  • Several years of professional and project experience
  • Strong planning and analytical thinking skills
  • Teamwork and effective communication
  • Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of formulating
