- Conduct thorough inspections of water meters and equipment.
- Replace or repair meters and equipment as needed.
- Perform water flow tests and investigate customer complaints.
- Maintain meter boxes and address any deficiencies promptly.
- Respond to water emergencies and report any issues timely.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Understanding of water utility operations and customer service principles.
