The Postdoctoral Fellowship position prepares individuals for roles of increasing responsibility through a combination of assignments, structured learning, formalized feedback, and mentoring.

Program participants will have the opportunity to interact with senior R&D leaders and participate in various key research initiatives.

The quantum computing postdoctoral position will be based in the CSO Office and corporate R&D organization, and will report to the Sr Staff Scientist, Bioinformatics.

The role will be based in Frederick, MD.

Experience

Experience with quantum algorithms and quantum circuits is required.
Experience with quantum development platforms and current/nearterm quantum hardware is required.
Strong technical and people leadership personality is necessary.
Strong desire and motivation to develop a career as a future leader in R&D
Ability to manage, plan, and prioritize projects
Demonstrated leadership proficiency, learning agility, and adaptability
Effective communication skills, especially for presenting scientific results, keeping records, and working collaboratively in a team of scientists are necessary.
