As a Customer Service Representative (Entry Level), you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and support to ensure a positive experience.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
1.
Providing Product/Service Information:
Educating customers about our products and services, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions, to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
2. Resolving Customer Complaints:
Investigating and resolving customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating complex problems to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.

Maintaining Customer Records:
Updating customer information in the database accurately, documenting interactions and transactions, and ensuring confidentiality and security of customer data.
4. Collaborating with Team Members:
Working collaboratively with other customer service representatives and departments to resolve customer issues efficiently and improve overall service quality.
5. Adhering to Policies and Procedures:
Following company policies, procedures, and guidelines for customer service delivery, including compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Continuous Learning and Development:
Actively participating in training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
