Overview:
Duties:
- Accurately estimate plan/spec and design/build HVAC systems using computer estimating software.
- Establish and maintain vendor relationships.
- Perform site surveys and attend prebid walkthroughs and scheduled estimates with clients.
- Interact with installation crews, dispatching, and management.
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of estimating experience in the HVAC industry.
- Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, construction documents and understand the scope of HAVC work in order to bid.
- Knowledge of multiple HVAC systems and components.
- Knowledge in building and construction.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
