- Coordinate information on parts based on contracts and sales and create new part numbers as needed.
- Maintain data integrity on item masters in all branch plants.
- Primary contact on setting up part numbers in JDE.
- Update safety stock, leadtimes and stocking type as needed.
- Enter, update and Obsolete part numbers and kit BOMs.
- Support production part needs by responding to buyer requests.
- Aid Sales Administrators in creating World Writers and data transfers.
- Prepare reports for Inventory Manager and Material Planning Manger to analyze.
- Compiles and maintains manual or computerized records, such as part number records and GFM part number records.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associate's degree in business or a related field
- 3-plus years of related work experience
- Individual must be a self-starter, flexible, highly organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with ERP System
