What We Are Looking For

Looking for a Screen Printing expert to help us meet customer demand and guide our current staff on quick and efficient production.

Our demand is rapidly increasing and we are looking for a very experienced artist who knows how to print transparencies, burn screens, load and register an automatic press, and operate the press, at least initially.

With a volume increase, the job will move more to setup only and less actual time on press.

Pay is negotiable based on experience.

Work has to be performed in our warehouse and is not air conditioned, but we do have industrial fans, just know that you will actually break a sweat during the next 2-3 months, after that it really kinda stays pretty nice in here, usually 75-85 depending on the time of day.

Also we have fans mounted on press, air conditioned office and embroidery/digital production room, air conditioned dark room, so its really not that bad most of the time, especially if you like to get up early, the heat really doesn't hit till around 1-2pm, so early risers will skip most of the summer heat.

A Little Bit About Us

We are currently a 6 person staff that works from our Miami warehouse, so its a fun relaxed environment, we have snacks, plenty of coffee, refrigerator with ice maker/freezer, all of our staff speaks english, half is fluent in spanish.

We are in 4500sf right now with services that include Screen Printing, Embroidery, Digital apparel printing, HTV, very small amount of sublimation, but always working to expand.

We started in 1200sf, moved to 2500sf, now into 4500sf and with your help our goal is to move into 15,000 to 20,000 in the near future, but in order to do that, we need the right person who is capable of not only handling the job right now, but being able to manage others as we grow, expand production, and teach others how to do this job better than anyone else out there.
