- 12+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience at scale on Middleware (WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat, JBoss, Apache) Administration performing activities build, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, deploys, configuring, patching and compliance.
- 8+ Experience in Application Production Support in Linux and Windows platforms.
- 2+ years Working knowledge of application monitoring tool like Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus.
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including leadership.
- Strong team or technical leadership experience Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven experience with scripting languages (Python, Shell/Bash, JavaScript)
- Hands on experience with Ansible playbook execution.
- Experience with deployment automation tools (Git, Ansible, Jenkins)
- Hands on experience on SSL certificate management using Venafi.
- Hands on experience on AppDynamics and Splunk.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills in all Middleware products.
- Expertise in JVM performance tuning and dumps analyze.
