    General Manager
    Upscale Restaurant & Craft Bar - Raleigh, NC

    Salary up to $80,000 + Bonuses

    We invite the best of the best to join our team We are looking for highly skilled Restaurant General Manager with a passion for delivering world-class service. 3 years' experience in an upscale, fine dining, or high-volume polished casual establishment required.

    We operate in the high profile, upscale dining segment, with $6M+ in annual sales.
    General Manager candidates are expected to have a proven track record of surpassing established business metrics, developing teams and providing exceptional levels of guest service.
    This position will pay a base salary in the $70K - $80K range for the right individual.
    Candidates need to demonstrate pride in themselves and their accomplishments, operate in an ethical manner and be highly energetic.
    This opening includes management of an upscale dining restaurant, bar, private events, and catering operations.
    Qualified GM's with stable and progressive career history in the full service plus bar segment are invited to apply.

    Job Description:

    The General Manager will supervise all daily procedures, including ensuring the highest quality of customer service is being given and team members are increasingly being trained, coached and developed the appropriate way. The General Manager will also be involved with marketing strategies and assisting in making sure they are planned and executed in a timely manner.

    Qualifications:


    • Must have high volume general restaurant management experience of at least 3 years


    • A passion for mentoring and developing others


    • A solid track record in achieving financial results


    • Must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity


    • Must be available to the restaurant at all times

    Salary: $75,000 - $90,000


    • General Restaurant Management: 3 years
