Your responsibilities at your new employer:

  • First and second level support (assisting national and international customers with service inquiries)
  • Commissioning of standard and custom machines in national and international settings
  • Conducting product and service trainings
  • Creating feasibility analyses
  • Clarifying and identifying spare parts
  • Handling warranty and goodwill requests
  • Supporting international representatives
  • Documenting and managing service cases and machine lifecycle in the CRM system

What you bring to the table:

  • Successfully completed training as an electrician with further education as an electrical engineer
  • Alternatively, a successfully completed degree in electrical engineering
  • Several years of experience in the field of service, with a focus on (custom) machine construction
  • Excellent knowledge of automation technology, particularly in PLC programming, SIMATIC S7, TIA Portal, B&R, and Beckhoff
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications, with a secure understanding of CRM software
  • Excellent German and fluent English skills
  • Independent, structured, and conscientious work ethic
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel worldwide (~20%)
