- Assist in the development and execution of the companys diversity recruiting programs.

- BA/BS in HR or related field.
- 5+ years of related professional experience across all aspects of Talent Acquisition.
- Experience using an ATS, preferably Luceo (also known as CBAT, a CareerBuilder ATS program).
- Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures used in a CPG company or the manufacturing industry.
- 2+ years of experience in the CPG industry.
- 5+ years of sales and marketing recruiting experience.
- DEI Recruiting Certification.
