    Customer Service Representative
    Murray, UT
    $17.00hr to $18.00hr
    Mon- Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm


    We are an established pioneer in cultural exchange as one of the original sponsoring agencies for the Au Pair Program.

    We specialize in childcare and have exclusively worked to match families with Au Pairs for over three decades.

    We are committed to fostering global friendships and have facilitated successful exchanges for tens of thousands of participants from over 37 countries.

    Operation from our Salt Lake City headquarters, we work diligently to promote cultural understanding and personal growth, creating lifelong bonds between host families and au pairs while upholding integrity and accountability across our global community.

    We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to assist both existing and prospective clients seeking childcare services. If you're a customer service expert in search of a fulfilling role, come aboard our team by applying today.


    Responsibilities:
    Engage with potential clients, furnishing information and promptly addressing inquiries.
    Evaluate customer requirements and match them with available services, providing customized solutions.
    Foster robust rapport with clients and partners, ensuring consistent and efficient communication.
    Assist in processing customer paperwork and internal documentation with precision and timeliness.
    Coordinate various customer accounts, activities, and events seamlessly.
    Clearly communicate business policies and procedures to clientele.
    Exhibit proficiency and understanding of operational processes within Customer Service.
    Collaborate closely with team members to accomplish shared goals.
    Uphold the standards of internal business procedures with a focus on quality and accuracy.
    Manage incoming phone calls by appropriately assigning and redirecting them as needed.


    Skills and Experience Required:
    Foster a positive demeanor and showcase exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
    Demonstrate proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet software, email systems, and various PC-based applications.
    Display a proactive attitude towards learning and career advancement within the industry.

    Exhibit meticulous attention to detail across all facets of work.
