Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Armed Guards to join our team.

As an Armed Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel.

This is a critical role that requires strong hospitality and communication skills, common sense, deescalation tactics and the ability to handle potentially dangerous situations with professionalism and composure.

Duties:

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect any unauthorized activity
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security threats
• Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance
• Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity
• Escort individuals or groups as required
• Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises
• Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of all securityrelated activities

Skills:

• Strong observation skills with the ability to quickly identify potential security risks
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• CPR and first aid certification preferred
• Knowledge of conflict management techniques
• Familiarity with loss prevention strategies
