    Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical @ Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center- Wilmington, NC

    Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15)

    Job Duration: 13 WEEKS


    Unit Notes


    · BLOCKED SHIFT: Working every Friday/Saturday/Sunday Will accept 13-26 weeks.


    · Call Required: If called off on pre scheduled work shift. Floating required to similar units and alternate care locations with inpatients holding. *EVERY OTHER WEEKEND REQUIRED. Traveler will be assigned to a Inclement Weather Team *Traveler will be assigned to every other weekend and must be able to work holidays. **Contract staff may be required to care for patients with COVID.


    · Chemotherapy administration certification is REQUIRED


    · Like units includes floating to inpatient holding in the ED, or any alternate medical patient care location.


    · Shifts called out will need to have make up shifts rescheduled.


    · Attendance to monthly staff meetings.


    · Preferred: Administer Chemo, Charge Nurse Experience, BCLS, CPI, ONS.


    · Minimum Experience Required: 1 YEAR.


    · Unit Accepts 1st time Traveler: YES.


    · Orientation: 24 hrs (2 shifts)


    · Scrubs: Navy Blue & White.

    $600 SIGN ON BONUS AFTER 3RD WEEK OF WORK


    PAY FOR 40'S HOUR WORK WEEK


    $ 47 HRLY X 40 HRS = $1,692


    $833.00 Weekly Housing Allowance


    $413.00 Weekly Meals Allowance


    $2,938 WEEKLY GROSS
