We are currently seeking a part-time or full-time employee for our properties in the Bay City area of Cologne. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing and heating technology.


Your diverse responsibilities will include:
✓ Installation of plumbing and heating systems in single and multi-family homes
✓ Assembly and installation of heating, plumbing, and ventilation systems
✓ Bathroom renovations
✓ Heating system upgrades
✓ Solar systems
✓ Possible customer service tasks for heating and plumbing

Ideally, you possess the following professional and personal qualifications:
✓ Completed vocational training in the above-mentioned field or similar qualifications
✓ Good knowledge of German
✓ Class B driver's license
✓ Diligent, independent, and structured work ethic
✓ Sense of responsibility and reliability
✓ Punctuality
