- Execute communication with customers with accuracy and in a timely manner
Day to Day Job Responsibilities:
- First point of contact with customers
- Order processing
- Quotes request processing
- Stock checks
- Order confirmations
- Tracking information to customers
- Turn in daily paperwork for invoicing
- Communicate stock discrepancies
- Be a part of product development communication between customer and management
- Liaison to outside sales team/management regarding customer concerns
- Return/credit processes
- Weekly reporting processes
High School Diploma
