Your Responsibilities

Organizing the transition of patients from the hospital to the home care sector
Providing advice to patients, family members, and medical professionals
Planning and implementing appointments in your own service area
Independently preparing and following up on appointments from your home office
Acquiring new hospitals, nursing facilities, and physicians
Indicationbased recommendation of medical devices and aids, e.g. in the areas of tracheostomy, ventilation, enteral/parenteral nutrition, intensive care, wound care, stoma, etc.

Your Profile

Completed training as a registered nurse, respiratory therapist, or geriatric nurse
Previous experience in medical supply, outpatient care, or field service is a plus, but not required
You are looking for a dynamic work environment, a friendly team, and enjoy working independently in the Greater Heidelberg and Karlsruhe area
Driver's license class B
