Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of customer projects of all sizes
  • Independent conduct of customer workshops and presentation of concepts
  • Technical guidance of colleagues in project situations
  • Support of account managers in presales
  • Documentation of customer infrastructure and projects
  • Development of optimization proposals for customer infrastructures and concept creation
  • Support of the support team in escalation cases as second/third level
  • Documentation of activities in the existing ticket system (Jira)

Qualifications:

  • Completed studies in the IT field or comparable education
  • Several years of professional experience as a solution architect or IT consultant
  • Indepth experience in the Microsoft Azure product range and technologies
  • Experience in creating cloud concepts in complex IT landscapes and in preparing facts
  • Valid certification Microsoft AZ300 and Microsoft AZ400
  • Ideally also certified in AZ500 and/or Microsoft AZ600
  • Ideally, first experience with the Microsoft Adoption Framework and/or experience with Microsoft DevOps and Infrastructure as Code
  • Confident appearance
  • Independence and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Excellent German language skills and good English skills
