Front Desk Manager


Duties:


  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate staff members
  • Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Coordinate appointments and manage the appointment calendar
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Skills:


  • Familiarity with phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills to manage files and documents effectively
  • Excellent data entry skills to input information accurately into computerized systems
  • Demonstrated administrative abilities to handle office management tasks
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fastpaced environment
