Sentinel Asset Management has more than 20 years of experience in tenant and employment screening. Our field-trained researchers understand the complexities of the justice and police system; therefore, we are ultimately able to obtain fast and accurate results for our clients.


We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our team and successfully build our Florida territory.

Experience:

You will have a strong background and a proven track record of success in professional selling in a similar marketplace.

This means you have hit and exceeded quotas consistently, and you have sold to C-level, V-level, and directors of Human Resources.


Attitude:
You are self-motivated and can hold yourself to a high standard and self-accountability. It is critically important that you are goal oriented and can deal with rejection.

Honesty, integrity, and a glass half full mindset, as well as being a team player are crucial for the success of this role.


Skills:

Ultimately, you will be able to prospect through cold calling, social media, and networking efforts with strong follow up and account management skills.

You are organized, technology savvy and have successfully managed a CRM system. If you are bi-lingual (fluent in both English and Spanish) this is a huge plus for this role.


Compensation:
For the initial 90 days you will operate as a 1099 contractor and be paid $1,200.00 per week.

After 90 days you will become a w2 employee and will continue to receive the base pay coupled with an aggressive commission plan giving you the opportunity to make $150, ,000 annually.

The expected earnings in year 1 are $90, ,000.

You will also receive world class sales training.


After the first 90 days, you will be eligible for benefits including the company contributing to your healthcare, and cell phone expenses.
