On the Item and Inventory team, we ensure our customers get their orders when and where they want them, in a frictionless, predictable manner.
What's more, we create reusable SaaS products and services that manage our catalog and power end-to-end inventory management, including replenishment, fulfillment, and transportation.
With end-to-end inventory management, from replenishment and fulfillment to transportation, we give our drivers and partners the tools they need to get the right items to customers on time and in the right packaging.
What you'll do:
As Sr Director of Engineering forReplenishment you will be managing a global team of engineers in US and India.
The role entails the following responsibilities:
Own, influence, and execution of product roadmaps for key Growth areas.
Work with a team of Architects and Tech Leads to define, own and implement the technology strategy for providing deep insights, recommendations to drivegrowth
Manage the engineering organization through other directors and senior engineering managers.
Hire talent,mentorand grow the team
Drive e2e solutions across the supply chain
Drive and measure operational and engineering excellence across the organization
Partner with other functional leaders to build and accelerateroadmap
Proactively monitor,identify,and resolve customer issues.
