    REMOTE (Must reside in one of the following states: Designs and develops cutting edge, robust and enterprise level web applications, web services, forms, etc. on a variety of platforms and mobile devices. Performs coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the application development process.

    Collaborates with healthcare professionals and other IS team members to analyze business situations, determine the technologies needed and produce working solutions.

    Strong ability to apply skills to problems and teach to other staff.
    Net/C# development
    EF Core / SQL Server
    Agile or similar project management framework experience
    React Native or other mobile development framework
    ReactJS or other javascript framework
    Azure DevOps
    REMOTE (Must reside in one of the following states: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; Or four years related experience and/or training;

    Required Work Experience:
    Related Field - 4 years of experience


    Recommended Work Experience:
    Develops software applications to meet the needs of the hospital.
    Works with users, supervisors, and other stakeholders to determine a project specification, system design and architecture.

    Provides on-going support for applications, including assessment of issues, documentation of resolution on support tickets, and completion of tickets with designated priority time frames.

    Helps maintain back-office applications and processes.
    Follows programming guidelines, standards and department processes for system deployment, testing and revisions.
    Prepares prototypes and documentation to communicate ideas and vision to project team.
    Reduces duplication in systems and reports through experience and exposure to business needs and system implementation.
    Develops creative and innovative initiatives to improve the services offered by the department.
    Identifies potential areas of improvement for existing projects and proposes and implements changes to improve those processes.
    Assists in evaluating and developing departmental training initiatives for application development.
    Leads and completes projects in technologies and areas outside core competencies.
