Description

Woody Buick GMC in Gurnee is Chicagoland's newest GM Dealership. We are a family-owned dealership focused on customer satisfaction and community. We are seeking a Cashier and Receptionist
capable of independent work with some customer service experience. The job is two to three evenings a week and Saturdays.


Compensation:
$14.00/Hr**
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet Customers
  • Work cooperatively with the office team and other personnel
  • Fill Coffee station as necessary
  • Receipt money collected
  • Answer dealership group phones when necessary
  • Other duties as assigned by managers
  • Misc. Filing duties
  • Scanning miscellaneous paperwork into system

REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess a general knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outgoing and positive demeanor
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
  • A clean driving record & valid driver's license
  • A professional appearance
