Junior Service Advisor

Rare Automotive Service Position
Open at Mission Viejo Kia
Our Service Department is growing due to high customer demand of the increasingly popular Kia brand

We are committed to providing top notch service to our customers and are hoping you might be a good match

The pay range for this position is between $18-$24 hourly.***
The Junior Service Advisor Responsibilities:
  • Will work with our proprietary software, including IPad, to welcome and check in our Service Customers
  • Will walk the customers inside, and present them to the Service Advisor scheduled/or available to complete the check in process
  • Take incoming calls that will include booking appointments, transferring calls and taking messages
  • Some outbound calls may also be required
  • Will book tickets and may act as a runner to deliver tickets to the Shop Foreman
  • Will be an assistant to the Service Manager
  • Assist with Internal Repair Orders (
    This is not a complete lists of responsibilities, more may be added as needed)

Requirements:


  • Minimum of High School Diploma
  • Valid, clean Driver's License
  • Data Base Software Experience
  • Customer facing or Customer phone experience in a Service Industry is required, 2 years minimum
  • Professional, wellgroomed personal appearance
  • High energy, well liked team player
  • Responsible attendance record
  • Willing to submit to a preemployment background check & drug screen

This Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.00 and $24.00._
