The Controller oversees the accounting, treasury and financial reporting operations of the company.
Duties include process and system improvements, creation of and/or adherence to policies, procedures and internal controls and the overall accuracy of the financial records and reporting.
The Controller will lead the corporate accounting team and will liaison with company personnel to optimize all facets of the financial operations and reporting of the company.

Establish and maintain productive working relationships with Revenue Cycle leaders, Operations leaders, and Corporate Accounting team members throughout CHE Behavioral Health.
Provides immediate supervision of all accounting team members.Outside the organization:
Qualifications:
Education
Position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, a minimum of 8 years of related experience, with at least 3 years in the healthcare industry.

Excellent management and supervisory skills
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated proficiency with accounting software
Mastery of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion

Highly motivated self-starter with a demonstrated ability to function independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to function calmly under pressure and meet deadlines

Income Range for this position is $140,000-$160,000/year
