Job Summary
This role will serve as the liaison for all Tier 2 escalations, acquisition support.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

These include, but are not limited to the following:


  • Provides production support, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results, or process flaws: performing scheduled activities: recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
  • Maintain HRIS system tables: documents process and results
  • Create EIB and mass data change templates and processes
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to end users
  • Prepares ADHOC reports as requested
  • Performs audits of HRIS to ensure consistent and accurate data. Ensure policy and process changes are updated within reports and HR file feeds.
  • Communicates and builds partnerships with HR Shared Services to keep abreast of updates, issues, and case management
  • Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Trains endusers on new processes/functionality
  • Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
  • Assist with projects related to HRIS/Payroll/Time Tracking/Absence/Benefit systems

CANDIDATE SUMMARY

Required Experience

  • At least 2 years' experience with ERP/HRIS system administration, maintenance, and reporting
  • Prior experience implementing/adding new HRIS modules a plus
  • Excellent analytical, technical skills
  • Must be detailoriented and extremely organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to manage data, reports, and information in a confidential manner at all times

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
  • Working knowledge of HR systems and processes with a background implementing HR solutions
  • Knowledge of HR processes (from previous roles, i.e.
, familiarity with employee life cycle transactions:
new hire onboarding, leaves, employee benefits, terminations, etc.)

  • Some experience with PeopleSoft, UKG UltiPro, Kronos Workforce Dimensions and interfaces
