Join our team as a Store Manager and lead our bustling bakeries at the iconic GRAND CENTRAL TERMINAL location.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of specialty RETAIL FOOD management experience in a cafe or similar Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)
  • 2+ years of handson COFFEE expertise in a specialty/thirdwave coffee shop setting, including dialing in espresso, mastering milk texturing, and various brewing methods.
  • A strong work ethic, a genuine appreciation for artisan food and coffee, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to customer care
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team with a positive, cando attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular communication with the Director of Operations, District Manager, and Office Manager.
  • Engage with customers at the counter and register.
  • Create staff schedules and manage daytoday operations efficiently.
  • Continually train and develop staff to maintain highquality standards.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, encourage team members to embrace the company's values, and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Deep understanding of our bakery and coffee offerings and ensuring product quality and consistency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas.
  • Regularly merchandise store shelves to showcase our products and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Minimize waste and optimize inventory turnover.
  • Manage online delivery platforms to expand our reach and ensure timely and accurate order processing.
