About the Role

As a Senior CRM Manager, you will play a central role in building and maintaining lasting relationships with our customers through the development and implementation of CRM campaign strategies. With your extensive experience in CRM, you will work closely with our agency partners and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that improve engagement and loyalty with our customers. You will lead the conception, planning, and execution of campaigns aimed at promoting long-term customer retention and business growth.
