We are looking for you as a
Team Leader Tax Declaration (m/f/d) starting immediately in
full-time at an organized tax firm with clear processes and autonomy at the location
Fürth.


With you, our client is well positioned, because:

  • You are responsible for the professional leadership of currently eight employees in the "Declaration" business area. As team leader, you are the first point of contact for questions and feedback. In case of challenges and risks, you coordinate with the firm management to find possible solutions.
  • You act as a spokesperson for your team towards the firm management and participate in the weekly selforganization meetings with the firm management.
  • You are responsible for training apprentices and other employees and act as a professional sparring partner for the declaration team.
