The hourly pay range for this position is $18.50 per hour-$18.50 per hour.

**Work Hours
The work hours for this position are Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Key Purpose

As a Compliance Coordinator with ISS Facility Services, you will provide oversight compliance to ensure all regulatory companies, policies and procedures are followed.

This is a supervisory role, and this individual will be expected to

approach leads and cabin cleaners to provide constructive feedback.

Responsibilities Include

Comply with safety rules, policies and procedures, and stop at risk behavior of others and self
Audit daytoday operations for regulatory and procedural compliance
Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions where discrepancies are identified
Perform thorough quality checks
Ensure 100% compliance with the AA Cabin Appearance Manual
Provide feedback to correct performance failures
Track training and develop a plan to ensure all staff are 100% compliant on training records
Ensure all safety cards are current in stock
Report to Cabin Service Management with audit findings
Meet with ISS GM to discuss any training and audit information
Ensure all chemicals are properly labeled
Fill in during staff shortage
Perform other duties as assigned
Have the ability to recognize and understand safety signs and building warning systems
Must be able to understand safety requirements and company handbook expectations
Must be able to provide top notch customer service to ISS customers and guests
Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be to read and understand standard business documentation (e.g. contract language)
Possess solid written and oral communication skills
Have strong organizational and team building skills
Must be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment

Walking up and down stairs continuously
Hearing Protection is required while working on the ramp
