Welcome to the health insurance company - a strong community of many different people. We use our individual strengths together to ensure that our insured members stay healthy and become healthy. The learning locations are the customer centers in the AOK district office and the AOK training center in Pfedelbach-Untersteinbach.

In just four years, you will obtain the professional qualification of a social insurance specialist and complete the combined study program to become an AOK business administrator and Bachelor of Arts in "Business Administration, Health Care Management" at the FOM University.

You will learn how to expertly support and advise our customers,
ensure the high quality of our comprehensive services through close cooperation with our health partners (e.g. doctors and sports clubs),
apply legal principles and learn how to use leeway for action,
be able to directly apply your knowledge in practice,
gain a comprehensive and in-depth overview of the healthcare system,
gain insights into strategic processes and be involved in them,
learn business thinking and acting,
take on initial tasks in managing employees.
