About the Customer Service Analyst Specialist Role:

As the Customer Service Analyst Specialist, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between customers and internal company functions. Your tasks will include handling pricing, scheduling, contract requirements, shipping, and documentation.

Responsibilities:

Manage Repair Purchase Orders from a diverse range of Commercial and/or Military Airline customers.
Provide external and internal customer support.
Handle daily queue management tasks such as inductions, quoting, turn-time mitigations, and customer status reports.
Participate and engage in customer meetings, both virtually and in-person.
Focus on building and maintaining customer trust and relations.
Adapt effectively to the constantly evolving environment and priorities.
Explore a variety of opportunities to enhance your aerospace and customer relations experience across commercial and military platforms.
Opportunities for growth with potential progression to roles like production control, operations team leaders, program management, and supply chain.

Qualifications:

Preferably have customer service experience.
Proficient in using computer skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel).
Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Manager will review candidates based on customer service experience if a degree is not available.

Education:

Bachelor's degree.
