    Experienced Leasing Consultant

    Location: Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN

    About Us: Career Strategies is a leading staffing and recruiting firm dedicated to matching talented professionals with exceptional career opportunities. We are currently seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to join the team at a vibrant residential community in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.

    Job Description: As an Experienced Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of the community, responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing the leasing process. Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Greeting and assisting prospective residents in person, via email, and over the phone.
    • Conducting property tours and effectively presenting features and benefits of the community.
    • Processing applications, conducting background checks, and preparing lease agreements.
    • Ensuring a smooth move-in process for new residents.
    • Managing resident relations and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Maintaining accurate records of leasing activities and resident interactions.
    • Assisting with marketing efforts, including online postings, social media, and community events.
    • Collaborating with the property management team to achieve occupancy goals and maintain high resident satisfaction.
