The residence will accommodate 75 Personal Care apartments and 20 Memory Care apartments, along with dining venues, recreation areas, a garden and specialized rooms for such activities as physical therapy and advanced Memory Care therapy and programming.

Apartments and the residence overall will advance the concept of "purposeful design" that Legend Senior Living is known for.

This position serves our communities by:

Monitoring medication management
Performing resident assessments
Providing leadership and guidance on health issues
Providing onsite medical care
Communicating changing medical needs to the team and family members
Champions high quality and infection control
Verifies physician orders
Communicates movein/moveout information
Supervises the ordering, delivery, transcription and documentation of medication, treatments and orders under their authority.

Requirements:

Requires a current nursing license in the state
Previous supervisory experience which includes management, coaching and health care services
Prefer prior experience in supervising direct care staff
Require prior experience as a RN or LPN/LVN
Require ability to read, speak, and write English clearly
