Wiesbaden, fixed-term from March 1, 2024 to October 31, 2025


Responsibilities:


  • You will collect, verify, and maintain data relevant to collections.
  • You will handle prelitigation collection procedures (contract and customerrelated) based on defined processes.
  • You will communicate with internal interfaces, customers, sales partners, and field staff in written and oral form within your defined area of responsibility.
  • You will carry out measures to maintain the portfolio (e.g. deferment, installment payments, etc.) within defined limits of authority.
  • You will process clarification cases and workflows using SAP FS-CD.
  • In addition, you will also take on special tasks.

Profile / Requirements:


  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship.
  • You have initial professional experience in collections management, preferably in the property and casualty insurance sector.
  • You are proficient in using SAP FS-CD.
  • Ideally, you have basic legal knowledge in handling insolvencies.
  • You have a quick grasp and work independently and in a structured manner.
