You will be responsible for first-level support for our team of employees (approx. 40 users)
You will support clients and applications
You will handle client installations, documentation, and user training

What should you bring?

You have completed vocational training in the IT field (m/f/d)
You have relevant professional experience
You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Teams, Sharepoint, OneNote, workflows, etc.
You work independently and demonstrate a willingness to take on responsibility and perform
You have a Class B driver's license for occasional assignments at our branch
