My Responsibilities
- Creating contracts in the system, making changes and maintaining master data
- Providing professional support to the asset owner in creating concepts
- Acting as a liaison and professional contact for audits
- Working on projects, including in an international context
- Creating and processing reports
- Handling policies, work instructions, and process documentation to minimize the risk of findings in internal and external controls
My Qualifications
- Ideally, a degree in business administration and/or a commercial apprenticeship with specific additional qualifications or equivalent qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of contract administration
- Indepth knowledge of the IT system landscape in the CoE Procurement & Payments
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
